Quality Assurance Consulting
Implementing a quality management system requires investing time and effort to document the way you work, how you control your processes and relate to clients or customers. Where policies and procedures are already in place, you may only need a Gap Analysis. Our Consultants can compare your documentation and processes to the quality requirements and suggest improvements or proceses you may need to add or change. Quality certification is attained once you have proven to an auditor that your employees follow your documented processes and that you record the process. You may require training programs to assist your employees to understand and follow procedures or it may be a matter of identifying the key areas of your organisation's culture and modifying or designing policies that support and promote it so that you can apply for certification.
Policies and Procedures
For an organisation that has little or no documentation in place, our Consultants can provide a customised Business Manual, forms and templates that meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 and Law 9000 quality standards. These draft documents can significantly reduce the time and cost involved in creating policies and procedures that suit your work environment.
A Consultant will attend your work place on a regular basis for a period of time to review and customise the draft documents - preferably with a team of people representing the key areas of your business. The time required to complete your quality management system is based on your budget and any deadlines you put in place to attain quality certification. During the consultation period, your Consultant will assess specific processes that need to be added to the draft procedures and modify the documentation and asist your people to manage the implementation. Training will be provided so that once the process is completed, your organisation will have the tools to maintain and improve the system and conduct your own internal audits without the need for further consulting.
