Rajan Enterprises Pty Ltd provides consulting services in business management, financial analysis and quality assurance. Our Consultants are available to:
- document policies and procedures;
- identify and document work processes;
- implement a quality management system;
- record accounting transactions;
- assist in the preparation of annual budgets and cash flow projections;
- analyse accounting transactions and prepare financial reports; or
- provide project management, including documentation and training.
We have assisted a number of organisations to achieve quality assurance certification under the ISO 9001 and Law 9000 Quality Standards. Our Consultants are efficient book-keepers that can readily identify excess expenditure, prepare monthly financial reports and cash flow projections. Our projects have included business restructuring, database management and financial reporting.
Our standard consulting rate in Sydney is $180 per hour plus GST, with relief book-keeping available at $70 per hour plus GST. Other areas may incur some travel costs and these will be identified in a project proposal. The company procedures meet the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Standard and we begin all potential projects with a discussion to identify whether or not we can assist. We will then provide a proposal outlining the scope of the project, the work involved and the overall cost of the project for your consideration and acceptance before any charges are incurred.
